Neighborhood Improvement Collaborative

The MLKARC will work with the City of Mobile’s Neighborhood & Community Services Office in 2010 to establish a Neighborhood College. This new institution will enhance resident leadership skills, promote community building, and develop practical neighborhood improvement strategies. Other initiatives will include organizing litter and trash cleanups and working to enhance or create neighborhood events.
